Susan Schrank

Susan Lynn Schrank, 70, went to be with her Lord, Thursday, January 5, 2017. Born in North Palmetto Point, Eleuthera, Bahamas, on November 12, 1946, to Oris and Una Thompson, Susan loved to garden and tend to her flowers. She loved to fish, dance and to cook. She is survived by her four devoted children; Ken, Jr., Bruce, Danielle and Andy Claridge. Eight Grandchildren; Ashley Minton, Ayla Claridge, Jacquelyn Lopez, Dominique Claridge, Andrew Claridge, Christian Claridge, Joshua Claridge and Olivia Claridge, and sister Ruth Hulfachor. She is preceded in death by her husband John Schrank, brother Larry Thompson and parents Oris and Una Thompson.
A gathering of family and friends is scheduled for Saturday, January 14th from 2:00 to 2:50 PM at the Carey Hand Colonial Funeral Home, 2811 Curry Ford Road, Orlando, Florida, 32806. A Celebration of Life Service will immediately follow the gathering and will begin at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Susan's memory to Alzheimer's & Dementia Resource Center, 1506 Lake Highland Drive, Orlando, Florida 32803.
