Shirley Steger

Shirley Jean (Schuster) Steger, 93, of Orlando, died in the comfort of her home on Sunday, July 17, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was born in Buffalo, NY in 1928 to the late Harry and Helen (Warsitz) Schuster. Shirley was employed as a bank teller for the M & T Bank in Buffalo and did bookkeeping for her father’s business, the Harry Schuster Furniture Company. She was an independent woman up until shortly before her passing. She was a devoted parishioner of Our Lady of Peace, Clarence, NY and very much enjoyed playing cards with her friends. Her warm smile and compassionate nature will be missed by all. Shirley is survived by her seven sons: Donald Jr., two sets of twins - Dave and Dan, and Doug and Drew, Dale and wife Kitty and Dean and wife Pam; her nine grandchildren: Nicole, Donald III, Steve, James, Jehrid, Ronny, Kyle, Andrew, April, her eight great-grandchildren; her sister, Marion Duminico and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Shirley was predeceased by her beloved husband, Donald Sr. and her siblings: Dorothy, Harry Jr., and Richard.
