CARSWELL MEMORIAL SERVICES HAVE BEEN RE SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY, OCTOBER 15TH AT 10:30 AM IN THE CHAPEL (18TH FLOOR) OF THE ORLANDO LUTHERAN TOWERS-Richard (Dick) Yarbrough Carswell, 79, went to be with the Lord on September 26, 2016. Dick is survived by his loving wife Margaret (Peggy) and two sons, Richard Jr. and Keith, whom he adored. Dick was born on May 28, 1937, and was a long-time resident of Orlando. He loved the years he spent working at Martin Marietta, retiring after 25 years of service. As a young man, he served his country in the Army National Guard of Florida. Dick and Peggy were married almost 32 years and enjoyed traveling around the United States and to different countries. Dick also enjoyed the years he spent in his local Model A club. Other survivors include brother Ronald (Joan), sister Annette Jordan, nieces, nephews, and many friends. He was predeceased by his brothers Robert and Guy. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel (on the 18th floor) at Orlando Lutheran Towers, 300 E Church Street.
