Asselin, Raymond M., 86, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, September 27th, 2014. Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, to Emilien Cordelia Asselin, Ray served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War, receieved his Bachelor of Science at Merrimack College and recieved his Masters in Business at Rivier College. Raymond was a devout member of St. James Catholic Church, often assisting the church as an usher during services. Raymond is preceded in death by his Brother Donald Asselin and two Sisters Theresa Simard and Jeannine Cuomo, Raymond is survived by his loving Wife of 59 years, Ruth, Daughter Michele Asselin Savard Christopher of Orlando, Florida, Sisters Germaine Lacourse of New Port Richey, FL., Rachel Jones Robert of Clermont, FL., Two Grandsons Matthew and Samuel Savard of Orlando, FL., and several nieces and nephews. Visitation for Raymond will be held at St. James Catholic Church Chapel, 215 N. Orange Ave., Orlando, FL., 32801, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial for Raymond is scheduled immidiately following the visitation at the chapel at 11:00 AM, with interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando, FL,.
