Patricia Daily

Patricia Flynt Daily died peacefully in her sleep, on May 21, 2014. Born in Orange County in 1925, she was a member of the Pioneer LockTyson family. She graduated from Orlando High School in 1943, and then went to work at the downtown Sears store where she met and married Garrett Daily, the Display Manager. They built a home and moved onto Lake Como Circle in 1950, where she resided until after her husbands death. She was a former member of Goss Memorial Methodist Church and was very active at Lake Como Elementary PTA, where she was known as the Stamp Lady who sold savings bond stamps every Monday in the early 1960s. Pat is survived by her daughter, Debby Lorenz Karl, three granddaughters Erin, Abby and Becky, and four great grandsons Evan, Alexander, Zachary and Max. She was preceded in death by her loving sisters Lora Churchwell and Norma Overman. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 1pm at Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Conway Methodist Church, 3401 Conway Road, Orlando, FL 32812. Arrangements entrusted to Carey Hand Colonial F.H.
