He was a retired Auto mechanic for 30 years for Cadillac dealerships. Norbert loved deer, turkey hunting and fishing. Norbert was a veteran of the
United States Army. Preceded in death by mother Velma and father Charles Pierce Tyner, brothers, Charles Tyner Jr., Hoyt Tyner Sr., and Horace Tyner. Norbert is survived by wife of 67yrs
Alvina Tyner, nephews, Charles Tyner and Hoyt Tyner Jr..
