Nancy Steele

Nancy was born on August 24, 1947, in Huntington, Indiana, daughter of the late Robert and Bette Wood. She graduated from William R. Boone High School in 1965 and retired with Orange County Community Corrections. Nancy was a beautiful gracious mother, a precious, kind woman, and devout Christian and child of God. She had a love and devotion to Jesus Christ, our savior, and a lifelong passion for spreading Gods word. Nancy was a very kind and gentle soul she had a loving and generous heart, and was always giving to others. Through her grace and kindness she was an example of Gods love. She was active in her bible study group, enjoyed the beach, golf, tennis, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. Nancy leaves her memories to be cherished by her loving children, Jeffery Youngblood, his wife Lianne, and their children Jazmyn, Beau and Grant daughter Erica Youngblood, and her children, Brooke and Christian, and son, Zachary Youngblood, and his daughter Emma. Nancy will also be fondly remembered by her loving siblings, Judith K. Jane Dennis of Woodstock GA, Cynthia W. Farrar of Wenatchee, WA, and Jon Steven Wood Becky of New Smyrna Beach, FL and all of her nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 27, from 10:00 am until time of funeral service at 12pm , at Carey Hand Colonial Funeral Home, 2811 Curry Ford Road, Orlando, FL, 32806. Friends and relatives are welcome to join in the celebration of her life.
