Mary Scudder

d. October 14, 2018

Ms. Mary E. Scudder passed away on October 14th, 2018. She was preceded in death by husband Philip J. Scudder, III and by her son Phillip Clinton Scudder. Ms. Scudder is survived by her daughter Carolyn McLean, (Charles Andrew) of Atlanta, her daughter Virginia ("Jenny") Scudder of Orlando, her granddaughter Ann Elizabeth Nagel (Tripp), great-granddaughter Elsa and great-grandson Liam of Atlanta.

A resident of Orlando, Florida since 1965, Mary Scudder was a housewife and former Avon representative. She was known for her signature look which included her little black boots. She loved hanging out with a group of friends known as the Panera Bread gang twice a week, ballroom dancing on Saturday nights and attending church on Sunday.

Mary previously volunteered with mainstream groups but did not believe that one had to join a specific volunteer group to help others; she believed that one only needed to open up their heart and reach out to others; therefore, she loved performing random acts of kindness.
