Lisa Marie Allen-Barnes

Lisa Marie Allen-Barnes, age 60, left us on February 8, 2025. Lisa was an amazing mother to her two daughters, Alexandra and Sydney. She was a caring daughter to Mary Allen, and she was a thoughtful and perfect fit for her partner, William Eppwright. She also leaves behind many close friends and family members.

Lisa had a beautiful spirit. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, she excelled in athletics and being a people person. In college, she discovered a profound love for art history. This passion took her all over the world living in England, France, Italy, New Zealand, Nevada, California, Arizona and Florida. Lisa was a successful and hard working business owner for over 30 years, working as an art consultant, art appraiser and gallery owner. Her work was always exciting and unheard of such as working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation on stolen and forged art cases.

Lisa loved her family deeply. Anyone who came across her would be subject to listening to what her girls' latest accomplishments were and how proud she was of them. She cared deeply for others and showed this with a phone call or stopping by with a sweet treat "just because". It was also apparent how smitten Bill and Lisa were. They couldn't go more than an hour without a check in.

We are heart broken and devastated by the loss of Lisa. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In honor of Lisa, please consider contributing to  Free Arts for Abused Children of Arizona
