Jerry Brown

Jerry Wayne Brown went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 16, 2016. Born in Orlando on February 23, 1949, Jerry was raised in Conway, Florida with the rest of his family. He attended Conway Elementary and Howard Middle School before playing football and baseball at Boone High School where he graduated in 1967. He served in the Army from 1969 to 1975, was a veteran of the Vietnam War and remained an avid hunter and fisherman throughout his life. Preceded in death by his father, George Lee Brown, Sr., Jerry is survived by his mother, Letha Mae Brown, siblings George L. Brown, Jr. (Clarcey), Patricia Ann Solomon (Bill), Rebecca Sue Nolen (George) and Peggy Lee Fazio (Jeff), and a number of nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held at Carey Hand Colonial Funeral Home, 2811 Curry Ford, Orlando, Florida, on Saturday, November 19, 2016, from 6pm-8pm. Funeral Service will take place at Carey Hand Colonial at 2pm on Sunday. Jerry will be laid to rest in the Conway Cemetery.
