Gail R. Evans

Gail R. Evans, 81, of Orlando, FL was greeted in Heaven by her son Tom on June 3, 2023. Gail was born on June 2, 1942, in Galveston, TX to Norris and Aleta Reynolds. In 1962, Gail married the love of her life and high school sweetheart (from Rival High schools) James "Jim" Evans. The two were married for 61 plus years. They had two beautiful children James "Tim" and Thomas "Tom" Evans. Gails life was centered around her love of Christ and her family. Her life was especially centered around her son Tom. She was his protector and his biggest supporter. She devoted her life to caring for him and her family. Every person who ever knew her would say the same.  Gail was also very talented in art and home decorating.  She was very precise, just like her father.  We... Jim, Tim and Tom called her "mombug," and she called Jim "Daddybug." Gail and Tom are now in Heaven dancing.

The Evans family welcomes friends to join them on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 3PM to celebrate Gail's life. Friends are welcomes at 2PM at Carey Hand Colonial Funeral Home.
