Born in Jersey City, NJ, November 30, 1943. Graduated from Seton Hall University 1966. After officer training school, Frank was assigned to Chanute Air Force Base as a Technical School Commander. In 1969, Frank was assigned to DaNang, Vietnam as a communication officer. After Vietnam, he completed his PhD in English and taught for 30 years at Palm Beach College. The last 10 years, Frank was the Dean of the departments of English and Foreign Languages. He was also a valued member of educators who tracked and graded the CLAST exams. In 1981, he was asked to be activated back into the Air Force as a member of Selective Service for region 1. He retired from the Selective Service as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2005. He is survived by his wife Lisa, daughter Stacey, three grandchildren and his brotherinlaws Matt and Jase Sherrick. In lieu of flowers, Please donate to the American Stroke Foundation.
