Estrella Camacho

Estrella Castro Camacho went to Heaven on March 6, 2018.

Estrella was born in Caibarien, Las Villas, Cuba. She studied in Santa Clara and received her Bachelors in Education. She married the love of her life, Abel Camacho and left the country. She loved being with him in Orlando.
Life was not easy in a new country without friends, family, or command of the English language. She not only survived, she thrived. Estrella used her skills in music and started teaching piano. She loved her students, and they loved her.
Music brought joy to her life. Wherever there was a piano, she would sit and play it. As much joy as music brought her, nothing compared to the joy she felt when surrounded by family. She was a faithful and loving wife, an extraordinary mother,
and a doting grandmother. She would sacrifice whatever she had to give to others without even giving it a second thought. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her, especially her children and grandchildren.
Estrella is survived by her son, Abel Camacho Jr., and her daughter, Maria Elena Rey, as well as her grandchildren Tiffany, Jose Luis, Kevin, Sergio, and Geovanni.

Funeral services will be held at Carey Hand Colonia Chapel, 2811 Curry Ford Road, Orlando, Florida 32806.
