Collin Michael Russell

August 29, 1984- July 9, 2024

Collin passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, July 9th.

Collin was born in Johnstown, PA where he grew up. He attended Penn State University and at the age of 22, Collin moved to Orlando, FL and got a job working at Disney and attended Valencia College. This is where he met Kimberly, and their life together began. After getting married in 2013, Kimberly and Collin welcomed their first child, Colton in 2014. 

It was then that Collin retired from his outside of the home work to take on his most important role, as a stay at home Dad, a job that he was perfect at. He loved to swim, would have lived in the water if it were possible, he loved the beach, taking the kids to theme parks to experience the magic but mostly he loved to laugh and loved to love. 

He is survived by his Wife, Kimberly, his three children, Colton (9), Kennedy (7), and Conner (4), as well as his parents, Robert Thomas Russell, Georgine Safko-Dodson, and stepfather Vincent B. Dodson. 

Collin’s Funeral service will be at Colonial Funeral Home 2811 Curry Ford Road, Orlando, FL 32806 on Thursday, July 18th. Visitation 1:00pm-3:00pm Funeral Service 3:00pm with Reception to follow.
