Clarence D. Walters was born in Pittsboro, IN, on July 24,1933, to the late Violet and William E. Walters.
Clarence passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022 in Orlando, FL. He is predeceased by his wife of 62 years Phyllis Walters.
He graduated from Dover High School before serving in the military as MP. Following his military service, he worked in construction for the majority of his career and spent his free time racing cars, parachuting, and flying as a private pilot.
Clarence is survived by his two children; Kevin Walters and Tamyra Walters-Cook of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by three grandchildren whom were his pride and joy.
Clarence will be laid to rest at Greenwood Cemetery surrounded by friends and family January 14, 2023 in a graveside service.
