Catherine passed away July 31st while in Rehab recovering from a broken leg/hip replacement surgery – she was looking forward to getting back on her feet and returning home to be with her beloved husband. Daughter of the late George and Catherine Nolen, she was born on February 22, 1940 in Charleston, SC.
Catherine Etterlee attended Boone High School. 1958 She married her husband Farris Etterlee, Sr 21 years old when she was 18. Right after their wedding they returned to Whidbey Island, WA where Farris was serving in the Navy.
Catherine is survived by her husband, Farris Etterlee Sr, her daughter, Pamela Andrus and her husband Jeff, her son, Farris Etterlee Jr and his husband Mark MacInnis, grandchildren Jason Andrus and Michelle Ratcliffe and her husband Duane, her three brothers, George Nolen and his wife Becky, David Nolen and his wife Jennifer, Robert Nolen and his wife Deedie and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Catherine was preceded in death by her sister Ann Edge-Webb.

Services will be held on August 10th at Carey Hand Colonial Funeral home with public viewing held at 1:00pm, followed by chapel service at 2pm, followed by a private family burial service to be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734
