Bertha Edwards

Bertha Ann Edwards, 83, passed into Heaven from her home on September 2, 2018. She was born in Streeter, West Virginia on October 1, 1934. Bertha was married to the late Estel Edwards for 61 years.
She was the daughter of the late Lacy and Lillie McKinney Wills. She was preceeded in death by two brothers and four sisters. Bertha worked as the Comptroller for Pipestem State Park in West Virginia,
until her retirement in 1995. Upon retirement she moved to Orlando, FL to be near family. She was a compassionate, loving woman, who would selflessly give to those in need.
Bertha leaves behind her daughter Barbara Perry (Ernie),and her two beloved grandsons, Evan Perry (Brandi) and Ian Perry (Rachael). She is also survived by two sisters, Margie Womack, and Orpha Singleton (Bill),
plus multiple nieces and nephews. Services will be held at the church she attended, Conway United Methodist Church, 3401 S. Conway Rd, Orlando. Visitation will be at 10AM followed by the Funeral Service at 11AM,
on Saturday, September 8. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 400 Woodlawn Cemetary Rd, Gotha, FL. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to VITAS Hospice Services.
